c-space
c-space was an installation of works that transformed the men’s toilet space at Dean Art Studios into a site of cruising, romance,
and cosmic contemplation. These ideas are intended to orbit the viewer upon entering the space, allowing impromptu connections with strangers, moments of self-reflection, and a chance for a liberated sexual encounter.
Installed at The Dean Art Studios, Chatham Row, Dublin 2 (2022-2024)
In 2023, James Merrigan visited the c-space installation and created a publication titled ‘c-space’ as part of his work under the moniker ‘Small Night Zine’.
